     LET'S BEGIN

Open up Template and Shift D and close original...delete
copyright layer/close all layers/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok

On the following raster layers follow these directions...

activate small left rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate large circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer
merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube closeup/delete on
tube layer/place on far right side of circle/add drop shadow
to both

activate small rounded square layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on square layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate large rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper/layer
merge down/add drop shadow

activate medium rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

leave both small circle layers as is/activate right side circle/copy
paste tube of choice/delete on tube layer/duplicate tube/on original
layer/blend/screen/lower opacity to 70%/place duplicate underneath
original/add drop shadow to both

activate 2nd large rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper/layer/merge
down/add drop shadow

activate 2nd small rounded square layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on square layer/delete on paper/layer
merge down/keep activated/copy/paste tube choice/resize/delete on tube
duplicate tube/on original tube/blend/overlay/lower opacity to 50%/place
duplicate tube underneath original tube/add drop shadow to all

activate small rounded rectangle frame/choose a color from tag and recolor
frame/add drop shadow

on wordart layer/pick a light color/add gradient glow 2x on word art
and also on name/add drop shadow

copy/paste main tube of choice/resize if needed/place on left side of tag
add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop shadow
to each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient glow.....
now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

activate purple strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on strip layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate orange strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on strip layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow

activate green strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on strip layer/delete on paper/layer
merge down/add drop shadow

activate left blue strip layer/copy/paste paper of choice
resize paper/selections/invert on strip layer/delete on paper
layer/merge down/add drop shadow/leave white square as is/add
drop shadow

activate purple square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on square layer/delete on paper layer
merge down/add drop shadow

activate outside green oval layer/layers/new raster layer/choose
lighter orange color#e3954f from template/flood fill oval layer with
that color/adjust/noise with these setting

click ok/merge down
leave white oval as is/add drop shadow

activate inside green oval layer/layers/new raster layer/choose
darker orange color#ca6c1a from template/flood fill oval layer with
that color/keep activated/copy/paste close up tube/resize by 70%
delete on tube layer/leave white and orange oval layer as is/add
drop shadow all

leave white square as is/add drop shadow/activate blue square layer
copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper/selections/invert on square
layer/delete on paper layer/merge down/add drop shadow

merge down word art layers/add drop shadow to both
Copy/paste main tube of choice/place tube so that the leaves are in
between word art/add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop
shadow to each element/place where they will look best

add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
glow.....now give your tag to a friend.

     LET'S BEGIN

Open up new raster layer 800x800/copy/paste paper of choice
resize to fit canvas/layers/load/save mask/find your mask
and set with these setting/click ok

copy/paste fence/resize if needed/place on top of mask/add
drop shadow/copy/paste baluster/resize to fit the same length
as fence/add drop shadow

copy/paste/tree1/resize if needed/place tree in front of fence
add drop shadow

Copy/paste ivy/resize to fit across the bottom of fence/copy
paste garden1/resize and duplicate 4x/place along ivy at the
bottom of the fence/duplicate ivy and place at the bottom of
of garden1/add drop shadow to all

copy/paste tube of choice/ resize by 90%/place in front of flowers
add drop shadow

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop
shadow to each element/place where they will look best

add word art if you wish/add fat gradient glow/add drop shadow

using font of choice/write name of a friend/using gradient with
these setting/add a fat gradient glow and drop shadow

                          add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a slight gradient
                                                 glow.....now gift your tag to your friend.

                                  to animate or not/the choice is yours, I chose to animate

                                                     In psp close the following layers

                                                                        tube layer
                                                                     word art layer
                                                                    both ivy layers
                                                                flower garden layer
                                                                     ribbon layer
                                                                  copyright layer
                                copy/merge all remaining layers and paste as new animation
                                                              duplicate for 21 layers
                                                                 edit/select all
                                           open up animation and edit/select all
                                      copy/paste into selected frame/2x on each side
                                  back to psp/close open layers and open close layers
                                          copy/merge/paste as a new animation
                                                      duplicate for 21 layers
                    edit/select all copy/paste into selected frame/place in middle
                                 of tag/view animation/if satisfied/save as gif

selections/invert on oval layer/delete on paper layer/merge down
keep activated/copy/paste close up tube of choice/resize if needed
delete on tube/duplicate tube/on original tube layer/blend/soft light
place/duplicated layer underneath/add drop shadow to all

activate right blue circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow

activate left blue circle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on circle layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow

activate black left rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/keep activated/copy/paste close up tube again/resize/mirror/delete
on tube/filter/zero/radiance with these setting

click ok/recolor rectangle
frame to match tag/add drop shadow to frame and tube

activate black right rectangle layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize
paper/selections/invert on rectangle layer/delete on paper layer/merge
down/add drop shadow/leave blue rectangle as is/add drop shadow to both

activate blue large square layer/copy/paste paper of choice/resize paper
selections/invert on square layer/delete on paper layer/merge down/leave
blue glittered frame as is/copy/paste word art/resize/place in middle of
square/adjust/sharpen/add drop shadow to frame

copy/paste chair element/resize and place on right side of canvas/copy
paste main tube of choice/resize/place tube so that she's sitting in chair
add drop shadow to chair and tube

add any other elements you wish to use/resize if needed/add drop shadow
to each element/place where they will look best

resize tag if needed/add your watermark and copyright credits/give it a
slight gradient glow.....


To animate

close all layers except background and mask
copy/paste into animation shop as a new animation
duplicate tag for 21 frames
open Simone's animation #418 and #294
edit/select all/copy into selected tag at the top of mask
418 twice and 294 three times
go back to psp and close those two layers and open all
layers except,main tube,chair,flower tea cup,snail,boot
pail,name and copyright
copy/merge all layers and paste into animation shop as a
new animation/duplicate for 21 frames
edit/select all/paste into selected frame/paste on top of
previous animation/make sure it's centered
open up animation #268/edit select all/copy into selected
frame/paste at the bottom of the tag
go back to psp one last time and close those layers and
open all the rest/copy/merge and open as a new animation
in animation shop/edit/duplicate for 21 frame/edit select
all/paste into selected frame/center near the bottom(see
my tag for reference) view animation if satisfied save as gif

now give your tag to a friend.

resize to fit canvas/click in side frame/selections/modify/expand
by 15/selections/invert/delete on paper layer/place underneath
frame/keep activated/copy/paste tube of choice/resize to fit frame
delete on tube layer/select none/add drop shadow to frame

duplicate tube/on original tube layer/blend overlay/place copy
tube underneath/main tube/at drop shadow to both tubes

copy/paste the following elements or choose your own to decorate
frame/resize any element if needed/add drop shadow to each element
